Lili and Sultana's SSP

On May 14, Lili and Sultana presented their Semi Personal Project. They chose to do the Solar Oven. We did a Dragons Den kind of thing when they presented, saying if we would or would not give them their chosen amount of money (if we had it). They tried to make a cookie in their oven, but it was only partially cooked.

Seth and Jack's Semi Personal Project

On Thursday, May 15, Seth and Jack presented their Semi Personal Project. The set up for it took a while, but that was perfectly understandable when we saw the finished product.

Sultana's Show and Tell

On Thursday, May 7, Sultana brought two 5 week old bunnies into class for show and tell. The white one is named Daisy and the black one is named Lucy. Aren't they just the cutest?

Field Trip to Vancouver Circus School

8 students and Miss Harold participated in the TLA field trip to the East coast of the USA.  Landing in Boston, students viewed the historical sights and sounds of Boston, New York, Washington DC, and Williamsburg.  Here are some of the photos.

Zachee did his project on phobias and how their different from fearing something. His presentation was quite fun and my favourite presentation of the day. He wrote up a normal presentation and then quizzed us on it using kahoots.
